FAQs
Q: Does it support 4K 60fps or only 30fps?
A: Our 4K series currently supports up to 4K@30fps to ensure optimal heat dissipation and image stability in compact enclosures. For high-frame-rate requirements, our 1080P series supports up to 60fps.
Q: Can I control the zoom and focus via a computer?
A: Absolutely. You can control all functions via RS232/TTL using VISCA commands. We also provide a free Windows-based test software that allows you to control zoom, focus, and OSD settings through a PC.
Q: Does the module support global shutter for high-speed inspection?
A: Standard models use rolling shutter. However, for specific industrial automation or ITS projects, we offer Global Shutter versions upon request. Please contact our technical team for lead times.
